The Company was originally established as International Pumps and Projects (India) Private Limited in the year 1980 with the aim of providing pump related services
to the industry and market. During the course of time the company scaled enormous heights and successfully executed various projects across India.
In January 2017, the name of the company changed to Kotia Enterprises Limited and objects being changed to deliver high quality construction services across various
segments of infrastructure; Power, Railways, Highways, Irrigation, Urban development and Hotels & Resorts and to carry the business of all kind of goods and import & export.
The Company is in growing phase, it has executed prestigious projects for companies like Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Subhash Engineering Private Limited etc.
Kotia Enterprises Limited has visionary management, professionals, latest technology to ensure cost effective, timely and quality execution of contracts to the
satisfaction of the clients. The company has adopted an integrated approach towards Quality, Environment and Health & Safety and has incorporated in business practices.
The Company is listed at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) & Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI)
